SMS Terms & Conditions

Who is texting

Minnesota Tree Experts is the customer-facing name on our texts. Minnesota Tree Experts LLC is the operating company. MTE Acquisition Inc. is the parent company and the registered brand for this text-message program.

These terms cover service-related text messages about tree work you asked us to estimate or perform. Our texting number is (763) 220-7666.

What the messages are about

Messages may include:

• Customer service conversations
• Estimate information and follow-ups
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Scheduling changes
• Crew arrival notifications
• Job updates
• Invoice and payment reminders

These are messages about your estimate, appointment, job, or invoice. Giving us your phone number, asking for an estimate, or hiring us does not sign you up for promotional marketing texts. We do not treat those steps as consent to marketing messages.

How you opt in

Customers primarily opt in verbally during telephone conversations or in-person estimates. Our staff record that affirmative consent in the MTE system, including the date it was given.

On the public estimate-request form, text consent is a separate checkbox. It appears only if you choose text as your preferred way to be contacted. Checking it is consent for texts about that request. Submitting the form without checking it does not opt you into texts.

Consent to service-related texts is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies depending on services and customer activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

When we receive STOP from your number, we record the opt-out and stop sending texts to that number. You can also email info@mntrees.com and ask us to stop.

Help

Reply HELP for assistance.

You can also email info@mntrees.com. That is our customer support address.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number and consent

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

How we handle customer information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://minntree.com/privacy-policy.
